24/7 Remote Monitoring & Asset Management
Every plant is integrated into our SCADA and DAS aggregation platform with inverter-level telemetry, string-level monitoring, weather station correlation, and performance ratio benchmarking. We detect underperformance the same day, dispatch crews within SLA, and provide owners with monthly performance reports, lender-grade availability data, and root-cause analysis on every event.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Annual preventive maintenance includes module IV-curve sampling, thermography, torque audits, vegetation control, inverter air filter and capacitor service, MV switchgear thermography, transformer oil sampling, and tracker greasing. Corrective maintenance covers inverter swaps, string repairs, combiner faults, tracker motor replacements, and module replacements with full warranty claim management.
Performance Guarantees & Reporting
Our standard O&M agreement carries an availability guarantee (typically 98–99%) and a performance ratio guarantee with liquidated damages if we miss the threshold. Monthly reporting includes production vs. P50/P90, availability uptime, MTTR, warranty claim status, and a forward 12-month maintenance plan.
