Feasibility & PVsyst Energy Modeling
Every project starts with an honest energy model. We run PVsyst simulations using site-specific TMY data, soiling profiles, near and far shading, bifacial gain modeling where applicable, and accurate thermal loss assumptions. We deliver P50, P75, and P90 production scenarios alongside a transparent loss diagram so your lender's IE can validate the numbers without surprises.
Feasibility also includes preliminary site layouts, point-of-interconnection screening, environmental and permitting risk review, and a rough order-of-magnitude EPC cost estimate so you can decide whether a site is worth advancing.
Detailed Engineering & IFC Drawing Sets
Our detailed design package includes civil grading and drainage, foundation design from geotech reports, complete electrical SLDs, three-line diagrams, DC and AC string sizing tables, inverter pad layouts, MV collection system design, grounding and lightning protection, fire access plans, SCADA architecture, and substation interface drawings. Everything is produced in AutoCAD and Revit and delivered as both PDF and native files.
For commercial rooftop projects we produce structural calcs (PE-stamped where required), attachment plans appropriate to the membrane type, and fire-code compliant pathway and setback layouts.
Interconnection Studies & Permitting Support
We prepare and submit interconnection applications, support feasibility, system impact, and facilities studies, and respond to utility data requests. For utility-scale projects this often runs in parallel with land control and permitting workstreams that we also coordinate. On the permitting side we produce AHJ submittal packages, environmental documentation, SWPPP plans, and any utility- specific drawing requirements.
The result is a project that arrives at the construction phase with a clean, shovel-ready engineering package — no missing details, no permit ping-pong.
